15 Tons CAT M315GC Wheel Excavator For Nigeria

Several months ago, a Nigerian customer reached out to us via an online search engine, looking to purchase an excavator for their engineering project. Based on the specific working conditions, we recommended a wheeled excavator to the customer, and we then went on to discuss its key configurations. Including operating weight, bucket capacity and other core parameters. We also confirmed the unit price and lead time of the wheeled excavator with the customer, following which we proposed the 15 Tons CAT M315GC Wheeled Excavator as the optimal solution. Once all details were finalized, the customer placed an official order with our company. Two weeks ago, the excavator arrived at the port of Zambia, where the customer collected the unit smoothly and put it into operation immediately. The customer later sent us photos and videos of the excavator in use, which vividly demonstrated its outstanding performance: after completing trenching work, the machine effortlessly climbed out along the steep trench edge, fully showcasing the excellent climbing capability of this Caterpillar wheeled excavator. The customer expressed great satisfaction with the performance and quality of this excavator, and they look forward to establishing a long term cooperative relationship with us for more future projects.

Based on the wheel excavators work scenario, the excavators cabin have special detailed design. The cab of this excavator incorporates climate adaptive, ergonomic, safety, and visibility design. Its multi layer sealing and positive pressure system, combined with high efficiency filtration, effectively blocks dust from pipeline trenches and red soil, maintaining a clean interior environment. The air suspended, fully adjustable seat alleviates fatigue from prolonged bending operations in pipeline trenches while isolating the operator from surrounding vibrations and shocks. Compact pillars, large windows, and dual front and rear cameras provide 60% greater vertical visibility in confined trench work areas, eliminating blind spots around the trench. High brightness LED lights in the cab and boom deliver clear illumination during daytime backlit trench conditions under Zambia's intense sunlight and nighttime operations, enhancing work visibility.

To make sure the wheel excavator have enough power during the operation, the excavator is equipped with a 93kW engine.C4.4 engine delivers 93kW rated power with a 4.4L displacement, featuring a single turbocharged inline four cylinder power layout. It provides sustained robust power for trenching operations on the Zambia oil pipeline, effortlessly handling heavy duty tasks such as excavation and dredging within trenches, with stable power output that remains consistent without degradation. Capable of stable operation at temperatures up to 52°C, the engine incorporates an efficient water cooling system tailored for Zambia's tropical climate. Even in confined pipeline trenches with poor ventilation, it effectively manages engine temperatures, preventing high temperature shutdowns that could disrupt construction schedules. The dual core air filter with integrated pre filter efficiently captures impurities from the red soil dust and sand particles common in Zambian pipeline trenches. This prevents dust ingress that could cause engine wear, significantly reducing equipment failure rates in harsh, dusty environments.

Sometimes, we use the frame container to transport the excavator. As an innovative design in modern logistics, these containers have thoroughly overturned the inherent operational model of traditional ones. Their open frame structure not only overcomes the challenges of shipping oversized cargo but also unlocks new avenues for the development of modern logistics. What makes frame containers stand out most is their open construction. Different from the enclosed design of conventional containers, frame eliminate the roof and side walls, leaving only the bottom frame and four corner posts intact. This structural design breaks through the size limitations of traditional containers, allowing them to hold a wide range of oversized goods, whether they are extra long, extra wide or extra tall. Frame containers deliver an ideal shipping solution for these specialized cargo needs, be it large machinery, engineering parts, wind turbine blades or chemical equipment.
