To make sure the crawler excavator have enough power, the excavator is equipped with the F4.5CS416 engine.This engine delivers outstanding performance and excellent fuel economy. With a rated power output of 125kW at 2200rpm and maximum torque of 670N·m, it provides ample low speed torque output to meet the heavy duty demands of excavators, loaders, and similar equipment. It offers quick start up response and strong hill climbing capability. Equipped with a high pressure common rail injection system paired with the CM2620 electronic control system, this engine precisely regulates fuel injection. Its fuel consumption rate is as low as 200 g/kW·h, effectively reducing fuel costs.

 

 

According to the work scenario, the cab of this excavator is constructed from high strength shaped steel through integrated stamping.It offers excellent resistance to impact, bending, and torsion, meeting safety requirements for rollover protection and falling object defense structures. This excavator is equipped with an emergency stop switch that instantly cuts off the entire machine's power supply and halts operation when dangerous conditions arise, safeguarding both personnel and equipment. Customers may also optionally install warning lights and electronic buzzers for integrated audible and visual alerts, guaranteeing safety during nighttime work and site transfers.
