18 Tons XCMG XS183J Single Drum Road Roller For Nigeria

Several months ago, a customer from Nigeria contacted us on the recommendation of his friend. He intended to purchase a road roller for his engineering project. To make sure the road roller have high strength power, the vibratory roller is equipped with the SHANGCHAI SC7H160.2G3 engine.This engine delivers robust power with a well balanced design. Featuring an inline six cylinder layout, four valves per cylinder, and a turbocharged intercooled system, it produces a rated power output of 118 kW at 1800 rpm. delivering peak torque of 780 N·m between 1300  1400 rpm. Its outstanding low speed torque characteristics provide ample reserve torque, ensuring sustained power delivery and instantaneous responsiveness under heavy loads and complex operating conditions. The modular design with optimized key component layout facilitates routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs, minimizing downtime. Its mature and reliable overall structure features extended replacement intervals for wear parts, resulting in lower long term maintenance costs.

 

 

Based on the vibratory compactor working scenario, the road roller have a detailed design cabin.The XCMG XS183J Single Drum Roller features a comfortable, ergonomic operator cabin designed for long shifts. Its spacious, bright cab offers expansive, unobstructed visibility, boosting construction safety by minimizing blind spots. The wide, supportive seat reduces driver fatigue during extended operation. When shipping road rollers to their destination port, we occasionally opt for containerised transport. Container shipping offers numerous advantages. The strength and sealing properties of containers eliminate the need for additional protective packaging for the road rollers, thereby reducing packaging costs to some extent. Furthermore, the structural integrity of containers provides excellent protection against damage during transit.
