Brand New XCMG Road Roller Sent To Mongolia

A client from Mongolia found us through a friend's recommendation and wanted to purchase a roller. We quickly got in touch with the client and learned that they were interested in a small roller from the XCMG brand. The road roller adopts a fully hydraulic two-wheel drive system with two-speed continuously variable transmission. The operator can freely select the required travel speed according to different working conditions. The drive speed is directly proportional to the displacement angle when the mechanical handle is moved away from the neutral position. It features dual amplitude, which can be divided into vibration and articulated steering. The braking system employs three-stage braking: neutral braking, emergency braking, and parking braking, ensuring the reliability of braking during operation. The braking distance is short, and the braking torque is high, ensuring driving safety.

 

 

The XCMG double-drum vibratory roller features a sleek and modern design, with an aesthetically pleasing cab that is both stylish and functional. The cab is equipped with front and rear lights on the roof, and the vehicle is fitted with front and rear lights at both ends, demonstrating XCMG'S commitment to both aesthetic appeal and safety in its road construction machinery design. This ensures safe operation during nighttime construction. The driver enjoys an unobstructed view, with a forward and rearward visibility range of 1m × 1m; the entire machine's surroundings, steel wheel surfaces, and outer edges are clearly visible.

 

 

Daily Inspection and Cleaning: After each operation, clean the engine, transmission, hydraulic pump, and hydraulic hose connections. Rinse the radiator, cooling system, and cooling channels, and inspect for any leaks. Key Component Maintenance: Clean the transmission at least once per quarter, replace the gear oil, and inspect the seals to prevent leaks. Regular Maintenance and Replacement: Engine Oil and Filters: Replace engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, and corresponding filters according to the manual's specifications. Summer: Intensify cooling system cleaning to prevent high temperatures from causing malfunctions. Winter: Use antifreeze engine oil, ensure the battery is fully charged, and prevent freezing.
