How To Maintenance Wheel Loader ?

The new wheel loader is generally specified about 60 hours of break-in period, break-in period is to ensure the normal operation of the loader, reduce the failure rate, extend its service life of the important links. Part of the user due to the lack of wheel loader use common sense and ignore the special technical requirements of the new machine break-in period, so the machine in the break-in period on the long overload use, resulting in frequent early failure of the machine, which not only affects the normal use of the machine, shorten the service life of the machine, but also because of the damage to the machine affects the progress of the project. Therefore, the loader break-in period of application and maintenance should be given due attention!

 

1. Daily Inspection:

 

a. Check whether the wheel loader instrument light indication is normal, whether the bolts are loosened, and add grease (including pin, steering cylinder, drive shaft, tyre, axle, etc.) before daily operation.

 

b. Check the wheel loader engine oil and coolant before daily operation and 45 minutes after the operation stops, the oil level should be kept above and below the scale and in the middle of the scale, and add it in time when it is insufficient.

 

c. The wheel loader parts that should be checked before starting the engine every shift include whether the oil can lubricate oil level reaches the standard requirement, whether the cooling water level needs to be added, checking the lubrication point of each pin, and adding grease to all working pins and transmission shafts of the whole vehicle.

 

d. Check the wheel loader engine oil sump oil level and cleanliness at the end of each day's operation, if the oil level is found to be too high and thin, should find out the reasons to be excluded from the fixed seal and whether there is overheating.

 

 

2. Regular Maintenance:

 

a. New wheel loader first maintenance: 50-100 hours to change the oil and machine filter, 250 hours to change the oil-water separator filter element.

 

b. Transmission maintenance: torque converter first warranty is within 30 days must change oil.

 

c. Drive axle maintenance: 30 days to change gear oil, quantitative filling.

 

d. Hydraulic oil maintenance: about 30 days. Antifreeze should be replaced in time when the temperature drops to minus 5 degrees in winter, antifreeze should be selected than the seasonal temperature is 10 degrees lower than the antifreeze, antifreeze is replaced once a year.

 

 

3. Seasonal Maintenance:

 

a. Winter maintenance: including wheel loader battery and warm air equipment inspection, replacement of winter lubricating oil, replacement of high freezing point antifreeze, fuel, fuel tank, diesel fuel filter, oil and water separation and injector maintenance, replacement of the three filters and rubber seals, the addition of auxiliary preheating device.

 

b. Summer maintenance: it is necessary to pay attention to measures to prevent summer heat, such as regular inspection of the radiator and other parts of the cleanliness, to ensure that the loader can also work properly in a high-temperature environment.
