3. The person who works with the excavator to clear the bottom, level the ground and repair the slope must work outside the rotary radius of the excavator. 4. Within the working area of the excavator, vehicles and pedestrians are not allowed to stay. 8. When the excavator goes uphill, the driving wheel should be at the back and the arm should be on top; when the excavator goes downhill, the driving wheel should be in front and the arm should be at the back. The uphill and downhill gradient shall not exceed 20°. When going downhill, the excavator should be driven slowly, and no speed change and no idle gear skidding are allowed on the way. 9. When digging bulk soil on high working surface, the larger stones and other debris in the working surface should be removed to avoid collapsing and causing accidents.
