6x4 380HP SINOTRUK HOWO Dump Truck For Malawi

Several months ago, a customer from Malawi contacted us on his friend's recommendation. The customer wanted to purchase two dump trucks for transporting earthwork, gravel and sand. We then communicated the dump truck's configuration, price, and lead time with the customer. After that, we recommended the 6x4 380HP SINOTRUK HOWO Dump Truck to him. To improve transportation efficiency, this dump truck is equipped with a flap on top of the cargo box. Raising the flap increases the cargo box volume, allowing more goods to be transported in a single trip. Since the dump truck fully met the customer's requirements, he placed an order with us. Two months ago, the dump trucks arrived at a port in Mozambique. The customer arranged the pickup and smoothly received the trucks. Two weeks ago, the customer sent us feedback photos and said the dump trucks were operating steadily.

Considering the project requirements and working conditions, the dump truck was equipped with a 380HP engine and 12.00R20 radial tires. The 380HP engine offers enough power for this tipper truck to handle heavy loads and rough terrain commonly found in earthwork and sand transportation. Additionally, the 12.00R20 radial tires provide excellent traction and durability on muddy roads, reducing the risk of downtime. This combination of power and rugged tires ensures that the dump truck maintains stable and efficient operation throughout the long construction period.

Because this project has a long construction period and a large demand for materials, a hatch was installed on the top of the cargo box to improve the transportation efficiency of the dump truck. When transporting sand and gravel, raising the hatch can significantly increase the cargo box volume and improve the load per trip; In addition, the hatch can effectively prevent sand and gravel from spilling when turning and bumping, reducing losses and environmental pollution. In short, the hatch has a simple structure, is easy to assemble and disassemble, and significantly enhances the compliance, economy, and safety of the dump truck.

This picture is a feedback photo of one of the dump trucks sent by a customer two weeks ago. After more than a month of continuous operation, the cargo body is still clean, the rectangular cargo box structure is well maintained, and there is no obvious deformation or damage. The tires are evenly worn, and the overall condition remains good, fully demonstrating that this truck remains stable and reliable under high intensity operation.
