Questions About Wheel Loader

Post-maintenance of loaders is very important, but if they are not properly maintained and serviced, a variety of problematic pitfalls can occur. This article will introduce the common problems of loaders in detail. At the same time, customers are advised to take some preventive measures before using the loader, such as checking the hydraulic system regularly, replacing the hydraulic oil and operating the machine correctly, etc., in order to ensure the normal use of the loader and prolong its service life.

1. Hydraulic System Problems

The hydraulic system is one of the core components of the payloader, responsible for providing power and controlling the operation of the components. However, the hydraulic system is relatively complex and susceptible to the influence of the external environment and work load, there are some common problems:

a. High oil temperature: In the work, due to the constant work of the hydraulic pump, there is not enough heat dissipation, which is easy to make the temperature of the hydraulic oil too high, thus making the hydraulic system fail.

b. Hydraulic oil bubbles: If there are air bubbles in the hydraulic system, it will reduce the efficiency of the hydraulic system and make the machine lose the ability to run.

c. Hydraulic oil leakage: the presence of leakage in the hydraulic system will not only waste resources, but also affect the efficiency and safety of the wheel loader.

2. Body Structure Issues

Wheel loader as a heavy machinery and equipment, the connection points between its components are often subjected to large vibration and impact, which can easily lead to body structure fatigue, thus affecting the normal use of the payloader. Specifically manifested as:

a. Unsteady fuselage: after a long time working, the fuselage will be skewed and other phenomena, making the operation unstable.

b. Cracking of forging parts: under heavy load and repetitive working conditions, it is easy to make the forging parts crack, which will make the whole machine body with insufficient strength.

3. High Fuel Consumption

Every operation of the loader needs the support of hydraulic oil, so the loss of hydraulic oil is very critical for oil consumption. Some factors may lead to high machine oil consumption, such as:

a. Hydraulic leakage: If there is a leakage problem in the hydraulic system, the loss of hydraulic oil will be very high.

b. High machine operating loads: When the wheel loader is operating at high loads for a long period of time, this can lead to a significant increase in the amount of hydraulic oil lost.

4. Transmission System Failure

The transmission system is another core part of the payloader, which transfers power through gears, clutches and hydraulic motors. If there is no proper care and maintenance, it will lead to failure of the transmission system, as shown in the following:

a. Leakage problem: In the drive line, if there is a leakage problem, it may lead to wasting resources or make the system fail.

b. Mechanical wear and tear: As the driveline operates at high loads for long periods of time, gears can experience wear and tear problems, resulting in drag or other malfunctions.
