The SEM 663D wheel loader adopts the cooling system designed by Caterpillar proprietary technology, which is more reliable and has better heat dissipation effect to meet the continuous operation of the machine under high load conditions. The molded vibration-damping and noise-insulating panoramic cab, together with the suspended multi-directional adjustable seat, provides full comfort. Pilot hydraulic system operated by single handle, light and flexible, good micro-movement. Combined instrumentation, three-level alarm, real-time monitoring of operating status, good safety.

 

 

The SEM wheel loader adopts large decibel reversing alarm, environmentally friendly whole vehicle paint technology, three-point contact design, maintenance-free battery, left and right side floor with high handrail design, safety performance is greatly improved. The gearbox and torque converter are installed separately, which is more convenient for dismantling and maintenance; the fixed-axis gearbox is designed to be simple and reliable, easy to maintain, and with low maintenance cost. The rear grille of the hood can be opened, and it is more convenient to clean the cooling module.

 

 

About the maintenance of the loader: after one month of use, check the rim fixing bolts and tighten the torque; check the oil level of the front and rear axles; check the working device, the front and rear frames of each stress weld and fixing bolts for cracks and looseness; change the engine oil, replace the oil filter (also according to the working environment and work intensity); check the engine fan belt and generator belt tightness and damage; check and adjust the foot brake and parking brake.
